I am getting error on the add method on validation -

Me.Unprotect
With Sheet1.Cells(1, 1).Validation
.Delete
.Add xlValidateList, xlValidAlertWarning, , Lst <<<< Error
here!!!!!
.ErrorMessage = "Please select an Employee from the list"
.ErrorTitle = "Select Employee"
