To disable messenger service:

Start -> Run, type in services.msc and click OK
Find Messenger in the list and double click on it.
Change Startup type to Disabled and click Apply.
Click on Stop and OK your way out.

type in "gpedit.msc
click ru
click Local Computer Polic
Click Computer Configuratio
Click Administrative Template
Click Windows Component
Click Windows Messenge
on right side, double click each of the entrie
click "enable
click O
after all has been set to enable, close this progra
reboot compute

you should be good to go after that
