Messenger Remote Assistance

Ok, finally got the connection to chat with messenger
with our 2 xp pro machines.. I want to assist remote
person so they send me a request to assist them, I then
accept and it brings up a remote connection and tries to
connect to the email address of the other party to which
I am connected and can chat. It then times out with the
message: Could not resolve the Host name of the remote...

Any suggestions at this point?? please..Thank again!!

I too am now getting the "Could not resolve the Host name of the remote"
error message. I have used the remote assistance with my dad several times
in order to help him with problems he has and it worked great. Now tonight I
tried it and this is all we get. We both tried sending assistance
invitations and we both get the same error. We can chat back and forth just
fine though with Messenger.

Anyone have any ideas what is causing this?
