Thomas

My friend and I have chats for many years with no
problems.
We are now on version 6.2 and the moment we click for
audio chat our net speeds plummets from 30kbs to 5kbs
and we keep getting knocked off.
We are now using Yahoo untill a solution is found. Help
please

Greetings Thomas,

You and your contact might try turning off the QoS Packet Scheduler. To do so, click Start,
then All Programs, then Accessories, then Communications, and then Network Connections.
Right click your network/internet connection, then click Properties. Uncheck the QoS Packet
Scheduler, and try again.

You have disconnected from the Internet before trying to uncheck or
uninstall? You won't be allowed to do anything if you are still using that
particular network connection
