Messenger 5.0 shame, shame, shame...

I'm a big MS fan, but, how dare you release a 5.0 that
has not even one noticable difference from the earlier
versions... whats with these multiple versions anyway, I
can video conf, with windows mess, but not msn mess. get
messages about incompatible versions even though we both
running the same version.. I go back and forth between
the two,all day long, why not one that works with all? I
feel insulted to see a 5.0 stamped on what should be a
4.8 , you guys are really starting to piss me off.

Sorry to use this as a bully pulpit but GD-it what
entitles this version to a 5.0 stamp anyway!
How about at LEAST a few more EMOTICONS??!!
I'm sick and f-ing tired of this man...

I agree.
What Microsoft did was more than a new (!) release .WM5 lacks certain
features that ver.4.7 has. Those features have been transferred to MM6 and
people that used them must now work with MM6, and that ,as far as I know,
without giving the information before installing WM5.. That's Microsoft's
way of making their software friendly (!).
