Messed up Icons

Hello -

I recently got an SMS push of a security patch (not sure what it was)
and my icons have all gone to 256 or 16 color, they look quite ugly.
I've tried searching on this and those fixes haven't worked. Tried
deleting all temp files and rebooting, also tried deleting
"ShellIconCache". Any other ideas??

I have Win2k SP3, and IE 6 SP1.

I have a similar problem, where the icons will not respond
to autoarrange. They are all scrambled and will not
straighten out.

If you find a solution, please let me know...It's very
disturbing.
