messages print to different printer trays

I can't find this answer in the online help. I have my default printer set
to print emails to "tray one." Any emails I receive within the company will
print to "tray one." Any emails I received from outside of the company won't
print to that tray unless I go into the print preferences and change from
"automatically select" to "tray one." How can I get all of my emails to
print to "tray one" regardless of the source?

Consult your printer manual. It is not an Outlook issue.

I've had our volunteer computer person look at this problem. He agrees that
it is not a printer issue. He said that, although it doesn't make sense, it
could be something related to text vs. HTML, as all of the in-house messages
are in text whereas the incoming are HTML.
