Messages Disappear From Folder After Reading

In one of my outlook folders the messages disappear from the folder after I
read them. Can someone tell me how to shut this option off?

Depending on your version of Outlook, click View>Arrange By>Current View or
View>Current View and check "Messages" instead of "Unread Messages"
