messages being encrypted on their own????

We are running Win 2k server with Outlook 2k on a corp. set
up. The problem happens when a user logs on from home using
Outlook Web Access on a Win ME system.The user sends out an
email and it shows up as being encrypted when the person
opens it. This is the only user that has had any trouble
like this.We never set them up with a key or any other type
of encryption or enabled it on the workstation in the
office.Could this be something with Outlook 2k and Win ME??
Any help would be great

Sounds more like a formatting problem to me.
The message is just random letters and numbers, yet it
retains to paragraph format. I'm going to post on the
Exchange board now. Let me know if you can think of anything
