Messagebox empty & McAfee 8.0

Hi,

Apparently Mcafee 8.0 catches buffer over runs and this makes .Net MsgBox,
ComboBox, and ListBox look empty. I know Mcafee has a patch, but it is
apparently too hard to patch all of the systems in our Enterprise. So I was
wondering does Microsoft have a patch for this problem? If there is a Visual
Studio patch, this could be deployed. I also wonder are MsgBox, ComboBox,
and ListBox really causing buffer over runs?

No it is a mcAfee problem.

I don't think that we know if MsgBox, etc causes buffer overruns, beside
related to the McAffee bug, I have never seen anything about that, therefore
I think that it is just a real bug.
