Suzanne, SBHook.dll is part of the Verizon SmartBridge which enables one
to get online technical help with Verizon.
Go to Start>Run type: msconfig select Startup Tab. Look for
SBHook and Uncheck the entry.
That's not your only problem. Your signature indicates you have HotBar
installed on your system. HotBar is spyware - use Adaware
(www.lavasoftusa.com) or Spybot (www.safer-networking.org) to remove.
