Message Sent to Deleted Items No Rule That Matches

Some e-mails are being routed to deleted items box but
they don't match any rules.

Which version of Outlook, Charlotte? Do you happen to have the Junk Mail
feature enabled? Or are you perhaps using a third-party tool for junk mail
filtering?

Thanks Chris, we are using Outlook 2003 and using
Outlook's junk mail filter. This has happened on three
machines.
 
Are your Junk Mail filters set to route messages to Deleted Items? If so,
I'd be willing to bet that's what's resulting in some "good" e-mail getting
caught and routed there as well. If you have the filter set at "high", this
has been known to happen.
