Message saying "fAIL"

I just install windows vista on my PC and I started receiving a message
saying fAIL everytime I log in, also when I shutdown or restart the PC the
same message show up. The worst thing is that do not mention what program is
not working properly. I already uninstalled all software not compatible with
Vista, so I do not understand what is going on. Can somebody help me please?.

Somtimes it's best to pickup the phone, and if you get someone you can't

Do some clean boot troubleshooting to determine what program is causing the
problem. The principles in these articles apply to Vista.
