Message rules/ HELP

I have set up the rules to automatically send a response to message recieved
(tiggered by words in the message body)...it does this nicely ...HOWEVER it
keeps sending the resonse as an attachment!! My response letter is saved in
MY Doc's as I cannot find any tempate save option anywhere.. How do I get
OLE6 to send my Rich text ,html file,( no back ground either), with out
making it an attachment? GOING CRAZY WITH THIS as its not addressed anywhere
I can find.

Save it as an HTM file, not an EML file.
