Message Rule Help in Outlook 2003

In my previous version of Outlook (probably 2002??) I had a rule where if my name was in the message or subject, the subject would be shown in red. Since I get upwards of 200+ emails per day -- not including spam -- that was a good way of not missing something that specifically pertained to me. I can't figure out how to do this in Outlook 2003. The closest I've found is to flag it, but that's not really what I want. The flagged items all end up in my "For Follow Up" folder. I'd like them to stay where they are, just show that they have my name in them

Any help for this?

Either use Organize or Automatic Formatting. For more details on both
methods see;

If all the foders are still in their default view you can edit the Messages
view instead. Another way to go is to create a new view and apply this view
to the folders when you access them for the first time.

It looks like I'd have to make a rule (and it's an awfully convoluted way
of doing it!) for each of my mail folders. If I click on Personal Folders
(so to do them all at once), I lose those commands on my View menu.
I have a good 25 folders and subfolders....do I have to make a rule for
each one of them to accomplish this?
