Message: Remoteprocedure call RPC finished

when i start the IE 6.0, after a short time a windows
appears and the system must be rebooted. The message in
the windows is german: "Der Dienst Remoteprozedur aufruf
(RPC) wurde unerwartet beendet.....
It must be a problem with the RPC. Can anybody help?
