Message on Form Close and Save

I have my new Contact Form working and deployed to the Public Folders.
The checkboxes and Tool Tips are displaying properly.

Now the boss wants a Warning Message when a form is closed to just
remind people to touch the new fields. We do not need to look at what
they are doing; just a reminder.

I looked at the Script Editor for the Close event but could not
understand the syntax (so different from Excel VBA)!
