I'm running a WinXP Home, and am the only Administrator/User. Recently,
every time on a startup, a message pops up <Windows cannot load the user
profile...>, stays for 30 sec., then disappears while Windows loads
normally. What happened? Why am I getting this message? How to get rid of it
(how to correct the problem)?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Carey,
thanks for your suggestion. I sure check it out. However, in my case, the
message says that there is not enough memory, then closes and system loads
normally.
Regards,
Ilya

Carey,
I read the article you've suggested, and followed all the instruction,
however, in the end, after I created a new account, all I got was a blank
screen: in the Safe mode, it was black, in the Normal mode - it was blue. No
desktop, no start button... When I right-clicked on the screen a dropdown
window with options <shut down>, <logoff>, etc. appeared. Clicking on logoff
showed that machine was running under the new identity... Any more
suggestions?
Ilya
