Every time I send/receive msgs, I get this error message:

"Message number 1 could not be retrieved. Account:
'pop.broadband.rogers.com', Server: 'pop.broadband.rogers.com', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR problem retrieving message.', Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD"

I can and do receive other email, but I'm left with the feeling that there's
one message out there that's not being received. I'm running Vista mail on
a broadband connection through Rogers. Any suggestions?

Dale

It means there is a 'stuck' email on the server.
Log in via webmail (using your browser), sort the messages by
date, delete the oldest one. Then try Windows Mail again.

That worked. Thanks, Gary!
