Message:Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005

I have synchronized websites from server. Go to view works fine in ie,
however, if I need to add or change the data base I get this error Microsoft
OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Could not use '(unknown)'; file
already in use.

Do I delete obdc and then reinstall off of CD?
or could I transfer from one working computer to another the obdc or would I
have a conflict?
or???? do I remove dreamweaver then put in databases and then reinstall
dreamweaver?
appreciate any assistance on this one...
