message header not printing

When I try to print emails from outlook 2003, certain emails will print fine
with the messge header(To:[email protected], From:[email protected], etc), while other
emails will not print the header. All messages will print the message
content.

Any suggestions to fix this problem?

Not an answer as such, but may I ask if you've ever considered whether you
actually NEED to print off emails? Outlook is a far far superior filing
system to any paper-based one....
