message from installation of anti spy ware

After attempted installation of antispy ware message
informs me that my computer has not been modified.

Is this in reference to the browser or my system. I have
a Dell Windows Millennium (Me) 567K computer.

Do not understand why I cannot download this spy ware.

Please advise.
