message critical error 101

When starting the MS Spyware program I get a message pop-
up displaying that MS Spyware has encountered a critcal
error (error 101). Restarting doesn't help.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the program doesn't help.
Can anybody help me with this problem. I have seen some
emails about this problem, but I don't see the solution
in the answers to that particular question.

He may ask you to send him your errors.log file from the folder Microsoft
Antispyware is installed in--typically c:\program files\microsoft
antispyware
 
Just send the errors.log file. I'll send the logs to him as soon as I see
the mail.
