message: can't access outlook.pst

hi
when i try to sendqreceive i get a message the file
C:\WINDOWS\outlook.pst could not be accessed
is it a virus?
what do i do?

Find the backup by finding file
c:\win\localsettings\applicationdata\Microsoft\outlook*.pst
and it should come up, rename and swap over the current
and backup (you will need to close Outlook).

To retrieve your data, you need to archive all your emails
first, then you can retrieve once you have changed over
the outlook.pst files.
