"Message cannot be moved or deleted"

Last week I found instructions via the "Help from Communities" feature on
how to fix this problem. They described how to delete the 2 instances of
WindowsMail.MSMessageStore which were running and let mail rebuild the
message store. Since doing that, every time I start Windows Mail, it wants
to recover messages all over again, and I cannot find my saved messages.
How do I fix Windows Mail to start working correctly again, and where can I
find my saved messages. Thanks up front for any help.

To repair Windows Mail, read the "First" section and then do the "To
Reset Windows Mail" section at this tutorial. It should fix you back

I followed the instructions but now I have 2 sets of Folders . I am confused
but will try restore Messages. I hope that I don't end up with 3 Folders.
