Is there a way is a form to have a message box display with the mouse point
is position over a command button? In addition, I want the message box to
go away with the mouse move from the command buttom without having to click
OK in the message box?

A Message Box would have to be clicked to close it.

Sound like the "ContrilTipText" property is what you want.
It's found on the property sheet's Other tab.
Hover over the button and the message will display.
Move away and the message will go away.
