Message Body Disappearing

This is a bit (read, very) bizarre... There is a user trying to send a
message into our corp system from a CompuServe account. When the message
comes through, the message body is blank. We have eSafe and Antigen in
place, but neither system is logging anything for the messages from this
guy - and when they do touch a message, they don't just scrape the message
body without some indication of what they did. I had the guy send a message
to both my internal account and my external (MSN) account. Came through
fine to MSN, but blank to the internal account. I had another user with a
CompuServe account try sending a message and that came through fine, so it
seems that it is restricted to this one user. There are no attachments on
these test messages, just simple text,

Any insight is GREATLY appreciated.

What text encoding is the CompuServe user using for the message?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
