Message after closing IE

After closing IE this windows appears:
The instruction at "0x00fb97a0" referenced memory at "0x00fb97a0"
The memory could not be "read"

Help is wanted, thanks

Get BHO Demon to see what BHOs (Browser Helper Objects) you have
installed. Spybot S&D also has a tool to list the BHOs but doesn't have
the extensive description list of BHO Demon. You can also leave BHO
Demon running which will protect you against unauthorized BHO installs
(ActiveX installs). I don't bother but occasionally I use it to
troubleshoot IE or check what BHOs are installed.
