If i go online that day, to see if mates are on MSN, i will check here i guess, but it wont be for very long... I'll be at that freezing farm again!

if i get up really early and have a look before i go to my aunts then yes

I'll be here on Christmas, dishing out mulled wine and mince pies ;)

Can i have my pie hot with cream please?
You sure can, as long as you sort out your sig image ;) (its not appearing at my end).

Yeah, my site is down due to "problems" and my sig is hosted on my site.

Chris does not know when it will be back up

Hey,

Hey Postill i don't appreciate your comment, it was beyond my control mate.

I already explained to KGB about it but comments like that tick me off a bit as i couldn't do anything about the downtime, so i had to sit it out, and when the server is located in the USA, i can't exactly pop there to fix it.

Chris,

Server downtime is always expected, a reboot usually fixes it though :) (my server is in the USA too so I know exactly what you mean ;)).

Chris,
I'm awaiting the day when you can take a joke mate. Usually when someone places a winky emoticon after a comment it means they are messing around. Would have thought you'd have known that!

Chill.

From Happy Xmas to website hosting

its amazing how sometimes in life u talk of one thing but end up on another thing
human nature at its best!

well merry Christmas to anyone who reads this, have a nice one!

Well Ian,

A reboot couldn't fix a CPU which was subjected to substantial heat damage lol :P

Its a dual amd opteron machine, and the second cpu is meant to failsafe it, although wen u get the alarms going off about heat, you must shut it down with no questions asked and investigate.

Thats what happened, but then when they fixed it, the server began a linux Checkdisk, it starts with an "F" FSCK or something and it took about 4hours to complete it, thus the downtime was substantial.

Chris,
