I am Having a new Scenario within my Organization which
is we have merged with another organization and both the
organizations are using Different Windows 2000 Forest and
having it is own Domain so how can i establish Trust
Relation Ship between them so the user is authentricated
in any of them and he gets access to recources in the
other forest as well as get the them in their Global
Address Book in Exghange

You can create a trust between two different domains in order to
authenticate to resources. The online help for "trust creation" should
provide input on how to do this.

It sounds like you want to also have consistent GAL's (global address books)
which, would require some synchronization between forests.

See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;246312 for one
such synchronization solution

Hope this helps, klaas.

Nader,
In addition to setting up the trusts as Klass suggests, you can also
implement SimpleSync to synchronize the GALs between multiple AD Forests.
With SimpleSync you do not add a new metadirectory to learn and manage, nor
does it require SQL server. Normally installed and running by you in less
than a day, SimpleSync uses LDAP (with SSL if you like) to read the User
Accounts from one Forest and write mail enabled Contacts in the other AD
Forest. Normally runs under NT scheduling as frequently as you would like.
For more information and to download an evaluation copy of SimpleSync,
please visit www.cps-systems.com .
If you would prefer to see SimpleSync 'live', please contact me at
(e-mail address removed) for a web demo using GoToMyPC or TightVNC.
Thank you for your time,
Jerry Welch
