Merging Tracks?

Is there any way to combine three (or more) tracks into one track? I want it
to play one song, then go to the next song, then the next song, etc..but all
of this will only be on track. Any suggestions?

I use this freeware to join mp3 files: http://mp3merge.netfirms.com/ It's
nothing fancy, but it works.
