J Judy Gleeson \(MVP Outlook\) Jun 8, 2007 #2 If you have 2 calendars you can Select All in 1 Calendar and drag to the other Calendar. Show the Calendar in the By Category view first. Then Select all. Then drag and drop in the other calendar. I hope this helps you, Fikile! Open the fist calendar, display it in a table view, select all the items in it, and click Edit>Copy to Folder, specifying the other calendar as the destination.
