merging/synchronising calendars

I have a client who works between two domains. As such,
he has 2 profiles set up. The first to access email from
his main exchange server, the second when he needs to
access mail from the second domains email server. This
means that he has a different calendar in each profile.
Is there any way that both calendars can be synchronised
so that he doesn't double book a day /time slot by not
realising that it has alreay been booked under the other
calendar.

I'm guessing that it is not possible to synchronise/merge
across domains, but would be grateful if someone could
tell me otherwise.
