Is there a way to merge many powerpoint shows? I have many shows that I'm
printing in clickbooks. I would like to be able to print all the shows
together so there aren't blank pages. Can this be done? Thanks for your
help in advance.

Hi Jane,

The terms "Merge many powerpoint shows" and "Print all shows together" are
confusing. It would be fine if could eloborate a little more.

Hi,

I have 9 powerpoint shows that my boss wants me to make a booklet out of.
To print each one like it is there will be blank pages between each show.
What I need to know is if you can put all these shows together so when I
print it will continue with no blanks. Is there a way to do this and if so
how? I hope this explains it better. Thank you very much!

You can merge them into a single show by using Insert, Slides, From File.

If you do that, they'll no longer be treated as separate shows in any way ...
the page numbering will change to reflect the slides' position in the new merged
show, for example. If that's ok, you're good to go.

Steve,

Thank you very much. I will give it a try. The page number may be a
problem. I'll have to see what my boss thinks. Thanks again.
