Merging Outlook 2003 with Word 2002

I recently replaced Outlook 2002 with 2003. Now when I try to start an
e-mail from Word 2002 I get the following. " Word could not load the e-mail
envelope. This could be caused by a network connection problem or with your
office install. Can Outlook 2003 merge with
Word 2002"?
 
no. You require the same version of Outlook and Word to merge.
