Merging in excel

I'm using excel to create a control card that I will
duplicate on the worksheet 54 times.
I want to enter a team name on each of the 54 cards.
Is there a way to automate this if I have the 54 names in
an adjoining sheet (like a word Mail merge)?

But why don't you use Word's Mail Merge - with your Excel table as data
source? A hint - place the sheet with source table as first in workbook.

Arvi already mentioned the biggest stumbling block for
Excel users in using Mail Merge. But since you said
like Mail Merge implying perhaps you don't have MS Word
in which case see John Walkenbach's
example (see relate area in the above webpage).
