Merging fields in a report?

I have a member database and each record has a field for e-
mail address. I'd like to pull out a bunch of them and
send them all the same e-mail message (i.e., there would
be multiple names in the "to:" box).

My simple mind says if I could just get all those selected
e-mail addresses into one field, or whatever, I could
merely copy and paste into the "to:" box in Outlook and
send it on its way.

Is there a way to do that? Is there a BETTER way to do
that?

Is there a certain criteria you will use to pick them?

I will pick them based on another field, probably the
company/school name, to send them all a message informing
them I will be visiting their campus on such-and-such a
date.
