Merging docs

Hi
I have 3 documents that have part same info and part different. They are all
in 3 different computers, but same network. How can I merge them without
repeating information? Actually I don't even know how to just merge them!
 
On the basis of what you've said, open a copy of one of the documents
and paste into it the relevant parts of the others.

If that doesn't answer your question, find a forum for whatever software
created your documents and ask there. This newsgroup is for questions
about using external data with Microsoft Access databases.
