Merging Data

Hi Everyone, I would like to merge data from one excel
worksheet to another. This will be done many times in
the future as well. The data is three columns and
three hundred rows. Each month the number of rows
grows. The data is as follows: (not real data)

Column A Column B Column C
0001 3 date
0001 4 date
0001 5 date
0002 1 date
0002 2 date

Now I have a new (computer generated) worksheet that
contains additional data that needs to go in order in
Column B .

Additional Data:

Column A Column B Column C
0001 1 date
0002 3 date

I need to merge these.. (I have been doing this manually).
I need to have the "new" worksheet merge and add
additional rows if its a new line and NOT there. Thanks
