Merging contacts

I want to merge my contacts from my email account and personal folder
contacts together.
Both accounts seem to have their own set of contacts with a difference of @
45 total of contacts.
I just want list of contacts in the personal folder without duplicates.

Unless you more clearly describe the difference betwee the two, there's no
good way to suggest anything. Include you version of Outlook and the
account types.
