Merging Contacts

I am trying to merge contacts from outlook into a word
document. The merge is for name and address and is set
as follows: <<addressblock>> but every time I try to
merge it does not bring over the contacts zip code.

Can someone please tell me how to merge the contacts name
and address to a word document?

How do I Parse the address fields?

Use the Insert Merge Field button to insert the individual name and address
fields where you want them.
