Merging contacts lists

We have a small network. The server runs Exchange 2000 and the 15 users have
Outlook 2000. At present the users all have their own individual contacts
lists in Outlook, and we would like to create one central contacts list.

I can find resources for Outlook Express but not for Outlook. I would
appreciate any pointers.

I had a look there, and that technique seems to involve keeping a public
contacts list on one of the workstations. Is there a way of keeping the list
on the server instead? It's just that although certain workstations are
normally on every day, it's not guaranteed.

"public" = "server"

The Public Folders hierarchy resides on the Exchange server.
