I have a client with a small network (2 stations) for the two people in the
office. They each have contact lists, but occasionally want to do a mailing
to all their clients, for which they have a "general" profile set up. We
merged both their individual contact lists into this list, carefully
specifying not to duplicate records when the wizard offered us that option.
We got duplicate records anyway. Any suggestions?
A second problem for one of them is that Outlook no longer open with the
option of choosing which profile to use. We have not been able to access the
"general" profile since that happened. Any suggestions on this?
