Merging Calandars

In our office we are running XP OS & XP Office. We have
different calandars set up in public folders for various
people in our office and to facilitate downloading
schedules onto PDA's. What I was wondering is if anyone
is aware of a way to have the info in various public
folders linked with someones personal outlook calandar s0
the information in the public folder is transfered to the
private folder?
