I am a novice user. I have a database with about 100 dates that I want to
merge to an annual calendar, fill in a name, and print. Can I do this within
access or is their another software that will work easily with Access?

I got this from a previous post from one of the MVP's
That's actually more than a calendar. What you are looking for is a
scheduling application. You can build one, or use something like Outlook
(which is a scheduling application, contact manager, and email application.
If you want to build one, there are calendars available here:

Thank you for your quick response! I checked out the sources you listed and
either I'm not sharp enough to understand how to apply them or I need to give
more info about my situation. (The last source didn't make sense at all
though).

Basically I have a directory of about 100 people that is frequently
changing. I would like to print a calendar with their birthdays (so that the
name fills in on the date) and distribute them. If there is a change in
membership I could update print a new calendar and redistribute.

Being able to add in holidays etc would be a bonus.
