Merging 2 lists together

I have 2 inventories in simple list format. They are mp3 lists, with column
headers for song title, artist, album etc. I would like to merge the 2 files
together and also automatically have excel highlight any doubles when
merged. Is this possible, I know it's not exactly a function, but I do like
using excel for these lists using the autofilter etc..

I don't know how to run that in excel, but access would be great to use.
Import the tables and set a query with a parameter. (when you set the table
index and don't allow dups)

Just a thought, it might better serve you. Then you can always kick out to
excel or sort data via queries etc..

Thanks but Access is not my forte. I can input data to a db which is already
made up (who can't) but I like to keep the list really simple, that's why I
use excel.
