No way to do it automatically, but she can copy the file from the DVD to the
hard drive, make sure it's not marked read-only, open it from within Outlook
(File | Open | Outlook Data File, browse to file), and drag and drop between
the two. She can close one of the files when she's done by right-clicking
its root folder and selecting the Close option. This doesn't delete the
file, only disconnects it from Outlook.
