I am trying to use the calendar feature to plot the use of the church
facilities (5 available spaces) by setting up a calendar for each space.
This works OK findividual spaces but I would like to merge the seperate
calendars into one to get an overall picture.

Is this possible (or is there an easier way)?

Depends on where the Calendars are and how you have made them. Explain a
bit more - for example, are they each a Mailbox or just a sub-folder in your
Mailbox??

You may be able to use the Group Schedules function to see all Calendars
together! It's a button on the toolbar (only visible when in Calendar
folder).

There are various add-ons that may be what you need. Can't say 'til we know
a bit more about what you're looking at.

OK Judy,

Firstly I know little (Very little) about Outlook Calendar except to use it
as an appointment book for myself.

What I did was create a subsidary (?) calendar as a subfolder of my calendar
and put a further 5 subfolders in that, one for each 'space' I want to
monitor.

Now a printout for any of those five gives me the report I want for that
space, what I am trying to do is combien the five to give me a picture of
the total usage of the buildings.

There is only one mailbox and each of the spaces is of coures an inanimate
object with no mail address.

Does that provide the information you need?? (I looked at Group scheduling
but that seemed to require an email addres for each entity being scheduled
and lacked the "recurring" feature.
