Merge Printing from Excel

Please could someone help me with the following query:

At work I am having a new system, but whilst it is being sorted out, I'm
having to use Excel. I need to merge print data onto a preprinted form.
I've inserted fields, but each time I merge them, they appear on separate
sheets. How can I get a block of 15 onto one page?.
Tried looking in 'help', but as I am unfamiliar with Excel, don't know what
I'm looking for to design a form letter. Some help would be much
appreciated.
