I am using Access 2003
I have a DB with names and address's of all new customers. When I am ready
to send them a "Thank You" letter for doing business with us, I have a date
field that I put in the date I will be sending them the letter. Then I have
a query that asked me for what date is in the date field that I want to use
to mail my letter to.
My merge letter is in Word. When I go to merge the letter, most of my
tables and queries show up - allowing me to pick the query that I want and to
enter the date that I want to send to. I have been doing this for 1-1/2
years, but today, for some odd reason, the exact query that I want is not
coming up in the merge. Does anyone have any idea of why this is happening?
Can anyone point me in the right direction to clear up this problem? Is
there a maximum number of queries that can be displayed when I merge the
letter?
Thank you for any help you can give me - Aurora
